Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn footwear or apparel in the original branded box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping container.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid UPS return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your receipt to track your return until your refund is processed.
