We offer a 45-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Skechers Plus members enjoy an extended 90-day return period and free shipping on all returns.
Are Skechers shoes machine washable?
Many of our styles are marked with a 'Machine Washable' icon. For these, we recommend washing on a cold, gentle cycle and air-drying for 10 to 12 hours. Do not place them in a dryer.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Do you offer a warranty on your footwear?
